Return Policy

Before returning an item, you must contact customer service at sonfew6@gmail.com. We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date you received the item to return it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return refund, you can contact us by email at sonfew6@gmail.com. The return address is: Building 91, Fuer Road, Fuyong Community, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Please note that returns require prior communication with the customer; we will not accept returns without prior communication from customer service.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect the item upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the existing item and purchase a new one separately after your return has been accepted.

EU (Global Countries) 10-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to contact us at sonfew6@gmail.com within 10 days. Please return the item in its original packaging, including the original tags, as described above. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days and the refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
